Bungie.net Countdown Ends With Trailer For New Project
ring 3 ‘keep it clean’ teaserat precisely 7:07 a.m. thursday morning, the foreman countdown on bungie.grid came to an put paid to. what was it counting down to? a teaser trailer for…right, we don’t really know what. the put simply viagra explains this as a “teaser for one of our in vogue projects.”
The trailer shows a metropolitan area being bombarded with things falling from space. Towards the end of the trailer, the words “Halo 3″ are flashed on screen, suggesting that it might be an expansion pack or something related to Halo 3 in some way. The line “Prepare To Drop” also appears. Could that be ‘drop’ as in “Orbital Drop Shock Troopers”?
One detail we can’t help but speculate on is that the objects falling into orbit near the end could be the squad that the ONI captain requested during the transcript of the first Superintendent posting on September 19. The only thing we know for sure is that this trailer has left us with more questions than answers. Here’s hoping Bungie answers them soon.
